Applications for faculty positions in various Department of National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli are invited form Indian Nationals for the post of Lecturer.
Vacancies:

| Chemical/ Civil/ EEE/ Mech /MMT | Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in the appropriate branches of Engineering/ Technology with First Class degree in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. |
| Computer and Science Engineering | UG in CSE or IT PG in CSE or IT First Class in either Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. |
| Electronics and Communication Engineering | UG Degree in EEE or ECE.
PG Degree in EEE or ECE.
First class Degree at Bachelor’s or Master’s level
The candidate should have undergone at least 5 courses relevant to Electronics and Communication. |
Instrumentation and Control Engineering
| UG degree in Electrical Division (ICE/E&I/EEE/ECE).
PG degree in Electrical Division (ICE/E&I/EEE/ECE).
First class Degree at Bachelor’s or Master’s level
The candidate should have undergone at least 5 courses relevant to Instrumentation and Control Engineering. |
| Production Engineering | UG degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
PG degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
First class Degree at Bachelor’s or Master’s level
The candidate should have undergone at least 5 courses relevant to Production Engineering. |
| Architecture | Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Architecture, with first class degree in either at Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. (Masters Degree in City /Town Planning ,Housing, Landscape Architecture, Digital Architecture may also be considered as Post Graduate qualification in Architecture) |
| Computer Applications | UG in CSE/IT and PG in CSE/IT. Or MCA degree
First class in Bachelor’s or Masters level. |
| Management Programmes | First Class Masters Degree in Business Management/Administration/other relevant Management related disciplines |
| Maths,Physics and Chemistry | Ph.D. degree in appropriate discipline. First class either at the Bachelor’s or at the Master’s degree level. |
Scale of pay (Pre-revised) :
Lecturer : Rs.8000-275-13500 (advance increments for candidates with higher qualifications).

Completed application form should be accompanied by a
Demand Draft for Rs.200/- for open and no fees for SC/ST/PH candidates (on production of documentary evidence). The Demand Draft must be drawn in
